Role: Salesforce Sales Lead

Location: Remote first with adhoc London based travel

£60,000 - £75,000 DoE + Bonus


Note - This role requires experience selling salesforce solutions and business development / cold outreach.


An innovative and scaling Salesforce Partner who are going through some serious investments are looking for a Salesforce Sales Lead to build and lead the function. This business help recruitment business transforms operations through Salesforce, alongside delivering projects across the wider space in Salesforce.


They have made 2 hires in the last few months bolstering their delivery team, and this is the first dedicated Salesforce Sales hire offering autonomy, responsibility and total ownership.


You will be responsible for shaping the GTM strategy, driving new business and strength relationships with Salesforce. Alongside managing the full sales cycle, you will represent the business at industry and salesforce events and work with C-Suite to bolster their sales unit.


It’s important this hire has the following traits: entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and confident with building relationships in Salesforce. Given the environment has a start-up feel, you will need to take initiative, be creative and take autonomy in your day to day.


As the business scales into 2026, you will have direct path to leading and growing the entire sales function, growing into sales director in the future.

Requirements :

* 3+ years in Salesforce sales, business development or partnerships (Ideally in salesforce consultancy or ISV)
* Strong understand of the professional services and / or recruitment industry
* Proven success in outbound sales or partner based sales models.
* Skilled building trusted relationships and engaging with C-Level executives
* Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
* Full right to work in the UK
* Willingness to travel into London office when required and attend networking events
