We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary provision in Harrow on a long-term, part-time basis starting this November. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students stay on track with their learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and has the confidence to engage young people who may display challenging behaviours.
