The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers and internal teams alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders received via telephone, email, and website, accurately entering them into the order management system.
2. Monitor orders throughout the fulfilment process to ensure timely processing and delivery.
3. Communicate with customers to provide order updates and resolve queries.
4. Liaise with courier and delivery companies to coordinate shipments.
5. Proactively identify and resolve order or delivery issues.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within internal systems.
7. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order dispatch and stock coordination.
