What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN needs, helping them stay engaged and confident
* Using physical activities, structured movement and outdoor learning to build motivation
* Assisting the class teacher with routines, behaviour strategies and targeted interventions
* Supporting emotional regulation with calm-down tools and positive communication
* Encouraging independence, resilience and a love of learning

* Experience with SEN, behaviour support or mentoring (school or community settings)
