You will be responsible as part of a team for Clerical/Office practice and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
* 4 National 5s or equivalent - including English and numeracy subjects
* Before confirming appointment you will be required to obtain a Level 1 Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Accept bookings for facilities, courses and events both current and advanced using a computerised system, receipting and cash handling
* To strictly adhere to financial guidelines in relation to cash handling, cash receipts and recording
* Create new databases/spreadsheets
* Maintain and update various databases
* Processing of Data, Financial and Non Financial information (input retrieval and interrogation)
* To ensure correct completion and processing of all relevant forms both manual and computerised
* Processing memberships
* Undertake word processing of letters, memos, reports etc
* Sickness reports
* Filing, photocopying
* Other administrative duties
