£70,000 - £80,000 | Climate Tech SaaS | London | Hybrid Working (2 days a week in office)
Five years ago, a small team of engineers and sustainability specialists set out to solve a problem most businesses still struggle to measure properly: the environmental impact of cloud computing. Since then, they’ve quietly built one of the most advanced platforms in the space, helping organisations understand the true carbon cost of their infrastructure and make smarter, more sustainable decisions at scale.
Now, after securing £5 million in investment, the business is entering an entirely new chapter. Product market fit is established. Enterprise demand is growing fast. The foundations are built. The focus now is growth.
They’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help architect and scale the commercial engine behind the business. This is a rare opportunity to join at the point where strategy turns into acceleration. The company is building its go-to-market function from the ground up, and they need someone obsessed with optimisation, experimentation, and momentum to lead the charge.
You’ll own the systems, infrastructure, and growth loops that generate awareness, engagement, MQLs, and pipeline. From A/B testing landing pages and refining messaging to building scalable acquisition channels and improving conversion journeys, this role sits at the centre of the company’s next stage of expansion. You’ll constantly be testing, learning, iterating, and pushing for better performance across every part of the funnel.
Working closely with founders, sales, product, and technical marketing, you’ll help shape how the business scales. This is not a brand marketing role. It’s for someone energised by data, experimentation, and measurable commercial impact. Someone who never settles for “good enough”, who spots inefficiencies instinctively, and who thrives in high growth environments where speed and curiosity matter.
The ideal background could come from a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, cloud, infrastructure, or early stage technology business. What matters most is mindset. They’re looking for someone commercially sharp, highly analytical, deeply proactive, and excited by the challenge of building growth systems from zero to one.
Alongside flexible hybrid working, share options, global remote working allowance, and direct exposure to scaling a category defining climate technology business, this is an opportunity to help shape the growth story from the inside out.
