You will be the first point of contact for patients and relatives arriving in what can often be a stressful and vulnerable time. Your role will be essential in creating a calm, supportive and professional environment, ensuring every patient receives a positive experience from the moment they arrive. We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and able to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and care. Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust’s redeployment process. Please note that interviews will be held face to face.
