Field Sales Executive
Location: Kings Lynn, East Region
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K). £250 a month car allowance. Business travel paid.
The Job
What you will be doing:
* Will be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
* Will manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
* Will drive your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
* Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
* Will be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.
The Essentials
What you will bring:
* You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* You're driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
* You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
* You're friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
* Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
