We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead major youth and brand marketing campaigns for some of the world’s best-known consumer brands. You’ll oversee integrated projects that blend experiential, digital, and social activation, helping connect brands with student and Gen Z audiences across the UK and Europe.
You’ll guide a talented account team, shape client strategy, and play a hands-on role in driving creativity, delivery excellence, and account growth.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and grow client relationships, ensuring every campaign hits its strategic and creative objectives
* Manage multiple high-profile accounts, maintaining profitability and spotting opportunities for growth
* Mentor and develop account managers and executives, creating a culture of collaboration and accountability
* Oversee campaign delivery from briefing and creative development through to execution, reporting and optimisation
* Present confidently to clients — from proactive pitches and proposals to post-campaign evaluations
* Coordinate with finance to track spend, reconcile budgets and ensure projects remain commercially sound
* Collaborate with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver best-in-class youth marketing campaigns
* Support new-business activity and help shape the agency’s future direction
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ agency experience in marketing, experiential, or brand activation (consumer-focused preferred)
* Proven success leading integrated campaigns across live events, digital, and social channels
* Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, youth trends, and the student landscape
* Skilled at managing teams, nurturing talent, and building positive internal culture
* Confident presenter and relationship builder across client and supplier networks
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and commercially aware
* Creative mindset with the ability to blend strategic insight and innovative thinking
* Experience with music, festival, or nightlife campaigns is a plus
