The successful candidate will be entrusted with maximising profitability, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of operational control.
The Role
* Overseeing a team of eight Sales Executives, the Used Car Sales Manager will:
* Lead from the front, inspiring a culture of energy, accountability, and consistent performance
* Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and structured development to elevate individual and team capability
* Take full ownership of the used vehicle operation, including stock management, pricing strategy, and margin performance
* Drive finance and insurance penetration, as well as product upsell opportunities, ensuring best-in-class customer value
* Maintain strong process discipline and compliance, ensuring seamless customer journeys from enquiry to handover
* Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve results
