Our Client has a requirement for a Recruitment Administrator, who will be required to work on a 6 month contract basis in Birmingham. 3 days in office per week 37.5 hours per week Job Role Responsibilities: You will be responsible for all team administration and management of the team inbox. You will be the point of contact for invoice and rate queries by finance and the accounts payable teams. You will build and maintain a positive relationship with the off shore HR transactions team and be their point of contact. There will be occasions when you will assist the Recruit Advisors in the end to end recruitment processes including onboarding onto our HR system, Workday and arranging interviews. You will need to have clear communications skills, be competent in using HR/ATS and Microsoft systems and be a team player.
