Project Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities The Project Coordinator is a functional project support position overseeing site operations whilst supporting the Site Supervisor and Project Manager. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient running of the business. The main function of this role is to collaborate with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor on site-based operations and is not limited to Data Centres but will include UK and Irish sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to client specifications and quality. Main Job Roles & Duties: Supporting the Project Manager and Site Supervisor in planning and executing projects. Dealing with quality on site and mindset with supervisors Maintainingandmonitoringprojectplans. Reporting any project changes from site, including variations by identifying and providing information to compile variations and following through to sign off, these need to be reported back to the Operations/QS Manager and Contracts Manager Organising, attending and participating in meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Collaboratingwithclientsandinternalteamstoidentifyanddefineprojectrequirements,scopeand goals. DocumentcontrolaspersiteprojectrequirementsincludingsubmissionofQADocsi.e.BIM360.
