The Role: Video Editors
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Senior Video Editor with a deep understanding of editing for YouTube and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). You will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories, repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form clips, and maintaining brand consistency across all video outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Edit high-quality long-form YouTube videos and short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
· Transform raw footage into engaging stories with sharp pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
· Collaborate with content strategists, producers, and social media managers to align editing with content goals and platform trends.
· Maintain and elevate visual storytelling that reflects the brand's voice and tone.
· Repurpose webinar/podcast/event recordings into snackable clips for wider reach.
· Implement SEO and thumbnail best practices for YouTube videos.
· Stay updated with platform-specific trends, editing styles, and algorithm changes.

This is a volunteer position. While unpaid for now, we are committed to compensating our team as soon as we achieve our financial milestones. If you're not in a position to volunteer, that's okay, and you shouldn't feel bad about it. This role is best suited for those who are financially stable and want to contribute to a meaningful project while learning, growing, and making a real impact.

Transparency About Compensation. When KindWiseRich begins to monetize, our first priorities will be reinvesting in growth, paying taxes, and building a sustainable model. Only then will we start compensating our team members. While the first wave of compensation might be modest, we have a clear roadmap to grow KindWiseRich into a platform with millions of followers and greater financial rewards for everyone involved.
