Overview
Personal/Executive Assistant – Hull Area – Supporting C- Suite – predominantly the CFO
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: £50000 - £65000 - DOE
Key Responsibilities
* Managing diaries, meetings and travel
* Handling UK and international travel
* Handling communications and prioritising incoming information
* Preparing reports, documents, presentations
* Supporting with company secretarial duties
* Coordinating board-level meeting preparations and follow-ups
* Organising events/conferences as needed
* Maintaining records/admin systems; dealing with sensitive/confidential info
What they want in a person
* Prior experience as a Senior PA or Executive Assistant
* Excellent organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
* Previous experience of working in a PLC
* Proactive mindset; calm under pressure; high discretion & attention to detail
* Strong IT skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc
