Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Product Manager with a strong focus on customer support and product coordination. You'll work closely with senior product managers and development teams to support delivery across multiple software projects, including a high-traffic mobile app with a large and engaged user base.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer-facing support channels (e.g. Discord, app reviews, Reddit) and ensure fast, professional responses to all user queries. You will also assist with ticket creation, product feedback, and supporting QA and product planning.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, confident with users, and keen to grow into a broader product management role.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer support inquiries across Discord, Reddit, app stores, and the admin panel (within a 2-hour SLA)
* Log and track issues using Trello or Jira, escalating urgent bugs or blockers to developers or product managers
* Document recurring user issues, gather feedback, and present insights to the wider product team
* Work with QA testers and product leads to test new features and validate fixes
* Maintain and update support documentation and FAQs
* Communicate clearly with developers, designers, and clients to keep work aligned and on track
* Assist with project coordination, sprint planning, and documentation as needed
Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-first attitude with the ability to stay calm and clear under pressure
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in customer support, coordination, or digital products is preferred
* Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Gmail, Notion, and Slack is a plus
* Strong passion for tech and the digital product space is essential
* Remote role but preferably located in Manchester & Leeds for client meets.
