About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development through fun, engaging, and age‑appropriate activities. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and deliver creative, child‑centred activities
* Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
* Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding practices
What We're Looking For
* A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* A kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
* A team player with excellent communication skills
