Responsibilities
* Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and mobility support

* Support behavioural management strategies, including applied behaviour analysis techniques where applicable
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and development
* Monitor and document progress, behaviour, and any changes in health or wellbeing
* Foster a safe and positive environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
* Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and education teams to ensure holistic support
* Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote confidence and independence
Qualifications
* Experience working with adults with disabilities is highly desirable
* Prior experience working with individuals with autism or special educational needs is preferred
* Understanding of medication administration procedures and patient care practices
* Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to adapt to different needs and situations within a caring environment
* Relevant qualifications in special education, healthcare, or related fields are beneficial but not essential
