Sales Support ExecutiveWe are looking for a Sales Support Executive in our Sales Support TeamAs a Sales Support Executive, you will deliver exceptional service and partner with Sales Account Managers to guide borrowers through their Funding Circle journey, ensuring a swift and seamless payout experience. The role
1. Coordinating with customers to obtain payout documentation needed to progress their application
through the Funding Circle
2. Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the application through the funnel
3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure an excellent customer service is provided to the customer
4. Build excellent individual relationships with internal teams to become an expert in our internal processes
5. Maintain our own internal CRM and provide reporting to the team as required
6. Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
7. Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending
8. Flexible and prepared to try something different and adapt to change quickly
9. Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency
10. Competitive and results-oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work
with high attention to detail
11. Able to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
