The IT Solution & Deployment Specialist will be responsible for the successful delivery and adoption of a new Housing Management System across the organisation. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring the system meets operational requirements and delivers measurable improvements in efficiency and service delivery. Other role requirements will include working with colleagues to deliver changes and upgrades to organisational systems and support our Project Managers to deliver effective change programmes of work
