1030-2000 Mon-Fri (42.5 hours per week)
£37K + Benefits + Overtime Permanent from Day One
We need a hands-on, experienced warehouse team leader with a valid, accredited counterbalance FLT certificate for a busy distribution centre in Southam. This is not an operations manager role.
You will be:
* Running and managing a small team
* Managing performance and working to KPIs
* Ensuring trucks are loaded, picked and orders processed correctly
* Getting involved in day to day warehouse duties yourself
The warehouse is clean, warm and dry and the environment is very process driven.
