* Outage planning – Work with Operations to plan and schedule outages associated with relevant capital projects, align them with all outage plans, and take ownership of outage requests.
* Gather & interpret data – Engage at a local level, understand site restrictions, analyse site performance, quantify, articulate, and flag risk.
* Stakeholder management – Manage and facilitate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews for projects; manage site access requests.
* Project administration – Monitor project progress from an operational perspective and liaise with all relevant internal and external parties.
* Facilitate testing – Support asset integration and contractor teams with on‑site testing for projects involving complex operational interfaces.
* Operational strategy – Work with system planning to identify gaps between investment plans and operational requirements.
* Operational delivery – Work closely with operational site teams to encourage synergies and deliver project success; be present on site as required to ensure ownership and minimise impact on front‑line teams.

* Experience in the water industry or similar utilities sector.
* Experience delivering capital projects with a good grasp of risks and dependencies.
* Understanding of contractual testing and experience supporting sign‑off processes.

What’s in it for you?
