Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the centralised Health & Safety Management System (H&S MS).
2. Coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and tracking of health and safety training modules for staff.
3. Support the implementation of incident and near-miss reporting frameworks.
4. Collect, collate, and prepare reports on health and safety incidents, near misses, and risk assessments for review.
5. Develop and distribute materials for health and safety communication campaigns.
6. Support initiatives to raise awareness of health and safety responsibilities across the organisation, including delivery of the communication strategy
7. Assist in conducting risk assessments and documenting findings.
8. Help ensure compliance with policies and procedures through routine checks and audits.
9. Provide logistical support for the Health & Safety Committee meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions.
10. Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding health and safety issues.
11. Work with the Learning and Development department to coordinate training schedules, track completion rates, and maintain training records to achieve 100% staff participation.
