Software Engineer | Go / Kubernetes | £120k + Equity | London Bridge (Hybrid)
(1 day in the office every fortnight)
Oliver Bernard are partnering with a client who is investing heavily in their platform engineering capabilities and looking to hire a skilled Go and Kubernetes engineer to define and build the foundations of their next-generation infrastructure.
If you enjoy working on complex distributed systems, improving reliability at scale, and empowering product teams through robust platform tooling, this position will give you significant technical ownership and the ability to shape their direction.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing and building platform components in Go (40%)
* Developing and operating Kubernetes-based infrastructure (60%)
* Improving developer experience, automation and scalability
* Contributing to technical decisions and platform roadmap
What we’re looking for:
* Strong commercial experience with Kubernetes in production
* Solid Go engineering skills
* Background in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
* Passion for automation, reliability and elegant systems design
