My client, a boutique PR agency specialising in food, drink, and consumer lifestyle clients is looking for an Account Director or Senior Account director to join their thriving team!
The agency has a strong client portfolio, a reputation for delivering results-driven campaigns, and a culture of honesty, collaboration, and creativity with purpose.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between leadership and the delivery team. Being a proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of fostering strong client relationships while leading and mentoring a growing team.
* Account Director / Senior Account Director
* Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (Dependant on level and experience)
* Hybrid working: 3 days in London

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary client contact, ensuring campaign objectives are met and expectations managed effectively.
* Provide strategic counsel to clients, developing clear campaign scopes from ideation to execution.
* Guide and support junior team members in media and influencer relations, leveraging personal industry connections.
* Lead and oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
* Produce high-quality written materials, including client documents, media strategies, and new business proposals.
* Develop and execute creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive media engagement and brand visibility.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
* Lead campaign reporting and performance measurement, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
* Mentor and manage the account team, overseeing resource allocation and budget management.
* Stay informed on digital and social media trends, with a particular focus on influencer marketing.
