Role Description
This is a part-time position for a Personal Training Tutor & Assessor, with the potential to progress to a full-time role in the near future.
The role involves delivering engaging training sessions, assessing learner progress, providing tailored support, and driving the development of knowledge and practical skills.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in coordinating and supporting External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits — maintaining compliance, ensuring high standards of evidence, and promoting excellent learner outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote delivery of online tutorials with occasional in-person practical training days.
Qualifications
* Experience:
* Minimum two years of delivery experience as a Tutor and Assessor.
* Knowledge and experience of delivering of NCFE fitness and personal training qualifications.
* Experience delivering Personal trainer level 3 apprenticeship desirable
* Qualifications:
* Recognised Level 3 teaching/training and assessors qualification.
* Knowledge of Fitness Training and Exercise Programs
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Ability to Provide Personalized Support to Learners
* Educational Qualification in Fitness Training or related field
* Certification as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
* Understanding of Apprenticeship Programs and Training Standards
