In Shropshire we are developing our 'Outshine' team which supports with outreach, intervention and engagement for young people in mainstream schools. In connection with the focus on SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) we are looking for a person to be an Advisor within this workstream, which sits within the Education Access Service and is part of the SEND & AP Change Programme. This is a new and exciting opportunity to make a difference to how children and young people across the county are successfully included to achieve and contribute positively to their communities now and in the future. We are looking for a person who is motivated, resilient, supportive and has inclusion at the heart of what they do - plus someone who is experienced within an education setting and can contribute to promoting creative ways of working to secure progress on key inclusion indicators.
