We're looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support our client in Barrow-in-Furness. Your role will include: Providing personalised assistance with daily living activities Administering medication and supporting health needs Assisting with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort Offering companionship and emotional support Performing clinical interventions as required for complex care needs Maintaining accurate care records and collaborating with healthcare professionals Why choose Routes?
