Ideally starting in July/August, fixed-term until September 2027 covering a maternity

Workload & Structure
4-6 sessions
8 urgent appointments per day
Remaining workload self-managed from your own patient list
Protected follow-up slots (GP-controlled)
No traditional duty doctor model - Triage GP filters and distributes workload
Virtually no home visits (Paramedics + Frailty team)
No evenings or weekends
