NLC11 £45, - £50,
We are looking for an innovative problem solver, with a business focus to undertake a key role within our team. You will be responsible to the Senior Performance & Compliance Officer for ensuring that performance is maximised, quality standards are maintained and that Community Operations provides excellent services to the residents of North Lanarkshire.
With a degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline, you will have significant experience of waste strategy, performance measures, audit and monitoring. You will also have experience of Fleet/Waste management, compliance matters and development of communication strategies and campaigns.
It is also essential that you have an awareness of legislative directives and imperatives for waste/fleet management and how to ensure these are put into practice along with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation. Experience of undertaking procurement processes would be advantageous.
You must be customer centred in all aspects of service delivery, have excellent organisational, IT and communication skills and have experience of project working. The ability to analyse data and produce relevant reports is also essential.
Work pattern:
35 hours per week - Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 4:45pm (including a 55 minute unpaid break).
Friday: 8:45am - 4:15pm (including a 50 minute unpaid break)
