About The Role
We are looking for an Aftermarket Business Analyst to be based from our Duxford depot. This role plays a key part in supporting the aftermarket function by providing data‑driven insights that enable informed decision‑making, improve performance, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Customer Support, Finance and Operations, using analytical expertise to identify trends, optimise processes, and enhance the overall aftermarket offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve aftermarket revenue and margin
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs to support decision‑making
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
* Support pricing, forecasting and commercial initiatives to drive growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, systems and overall operational efficiency
About You
You will be a commercially aware and detail‑oriented analyst with strong data skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
* Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets and KPIs
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
* A proactive and solution‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
