This role is specifically designed to suit a professional returning to work or anyone seeking a flexible schedule. You will provide vital support to our Group Marketing Manager, balancing creative content tasks with essential administrative support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manager Support: Act as primary support to the Group Marketing Manager to plan and roll out multimedia campaigns.Digital Updates: Manage daily digital tasks, update the website, and brief social media content.Direct Marketing: Build and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns using Keyloop software.Asset Management: Download brand assets from dealer portals and meet strict manufacturer compliance deadlines.Reporting: Assist with post-campaign analysis and produce monthly used car reports.Events & Sponsorship: Support showroom events, manage booking platforms, and organise local product placements.Online Presence: Maintain and update Group GMB (Google Business Profile) accounts with weekly posts.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Experience: Minimum of two years in a marketing and administration role.Software: Confidence with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
