Role: Children’s Home Manager – Hatfield - Herefordshire Salary: £55,000 (OTE up to £76,500 in your first year) Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus Annual Performance Bonus (21% of your salary) Commitment Bonus: Additional £5,000 upon 12 months’ completion Annual Leave: 32 days including Bank Holidays Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, development and management of the home, ensuring it delivers high-quality, child-focused care in line with regulatory standards.
