Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bridport to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for working with children and a commitment to helping them thrive academically and emotionally.

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide in-class support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Assist the teacher with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom organisation
* Offer one-to-one or small group support for pupils with additional needs
* Help prepare resources and support learning activities
* Foster a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, or youth work)
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for education and pupil development
* A valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
