Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a General Manager to join our team in Durham! You will join us on a full‑time, permanent contract and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum plus a bonus worth up to £10,000 per year.

What We’re Looking For In Our General Manager
We’d love you to have a strong understanding of GP & labour control while remaining passionate about food and happiest when looking after customers. You’ll train, inspire and develop a happy team to ensure every guest receives the amazing food and service we’re famous for. It’s great if you’ve worked in a similar QSR environment, but we would also welcome applicants who have managed a bar, restaurant or contract‑catering unit. If you’re passionate about delivering amazing service, you’re probably our kind of amigo! For this role you’ll: train and develop staff, maintain high service standards, control costs and labour, and drive guest satisfaction.
