The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support operations across:
* The Drivers Lounge
* Private events and functions
This is a front‑facing leadership role where you’ll ensure excellent service standards across both daily hospitality and event delivery.
You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless guest experiences, from daytime dining through to evening events and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Operations
* Support the daily operation of the Drivers Lounge
* Deliver high‑quality, friendly service
* Maintain strong food and beverage standards
* Handle guest queries and feedback
Corporate & Meeting Room Support
* Set up meeting rooms and event spaces
* Ensure professional presentation of all spaces
* Support conferences, networking events, and meetings
* Coordinate catering and service delivery
Events & Functions (Including Evenings)
* Support private hire, corporate events, and large‑scale functions
* Assist with room setup and event preparation
* Work across daytime and evening events, including late finishes
* Help manage event flow and guest experience
* Supervise and motivate front‑of‑house team
* Lead by example during busy services
* Support training and development
Standards & Operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety
* Support stock control and efficient service
* Assist management with daily operations
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a hospitality or F&B supervisory role
* Experience in a fast‑paced environment
* Ability to lead and support a team
* Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours when required
* Experience in events or corporate hospitality
* Experience setting up meeting rooms or event spaces
* Bar or beverage knowledge
* Passion for hospitality and guest experience
* Interest in automotive culture (bonus, not essential)
Working Hours
* Contracted 35 hours per week
* Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business
* Additional hours will be required during busy periods, events, and peak seasons
* Competitive salary starting from £13 per hour
