Under the direction of our Head of Creative Bar, Sam Brown, The Wild Rabbit has become a destination for innovative cocktails rooted in the seasons and our close connection to Daylesford Farm. Our bar team works with organic and homegrown ingredients — herbs, botanicals, fruits, and ferments — to create drinks that celebrate the flavours of the Cotswolds.
These ingredients are paired with refined cocktail-making methods, from clarifications and infusions to fermentation and fat washing, allowing us to add depth, texture, and creativity to our serves.
At the core of our bar is a balance of craft and hospitality. Guests receive warm, knowledgeable service, while our team contributes to the development of cocktails that tell a story of provenance, innovation, and care.
The on target earning potential for this role is £39,323 per annum based on a 48-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £32,323 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
