Salary: £41,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Strong technical experience delivering Business Analysis within transformation, change or digital programmes Confident working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups Proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and systems analysis Ability to translate technical information into clear, meaningful insights for business stakeholders Collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for influencing positive change Experience working with structured delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches Experience within complex environments is beneficial Responsibilities: Lead business and systems analysis activity across change and improvement initiatives Map, analyse and redesign processes to drive efficiency, productivity and service improvement Elicit, define and translate business and technical requirements Analyse complex data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations Support the design, testing and implementation of digital solutions Work closely with ICT teams and third-party suppliers to ensure systems are user-focused and fit for purpose Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across multiple levels of the organisation Contribute to business cases, impact assessments, and implementation planning Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and processes and recommend ongoing improvements Technologies: ICT Support More: We are a dynamic organization currently undergoing a significant transformation programme, seeking a technically strong Business Analyst to support multiple strategic change workstreams.
