The Role and the Team
To support our next stage of growth, we’re seeking a Delivery Manager (or Project Manager) to join us in a hybrid role that blends cross-functional delivery management with back-office product ownership. You’ll sit at the centre of the organisation, helping teams to move quickly and confidently through complex initiatives, from customer-facing product rollouts to the internal systems and processes that keep the business running day-to-day.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing structure to fast-moving work. You’ll create clarity, alignment, and momentum across multiple teams, making sure priorities are understood, dependencies are visible, and delivery feels smooth and well managed. What You’ll Do
• Lead delivery for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, including customer-facing product launches and operationally complex changes
• Run end-to-end delivery from scoping through go-live, ensuring plans are realistic, structured, and outcomes-driven
• Facilitate requirements discovery across impacted teams, bringing clarity to what’s needed and who owns what
• Build and maintain project plans, workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and RAID logs, creating a clear source of truth
• Keep projects moving by chasing actions, unblocking issues, and escalating risks early and calmly
• Own and evolve the roadmap for key back-office systems, aligning priorities with functional teams and business needs
• Translate needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria; supporting change, integration, adoption, and improvement
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in delivery management, project management, programme delivery, within a tech business
• Confidence leading complex, cross-functional delivery on customer-facing product rollouts, where multiple teams need to align and execute together
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with (or improving) back-office systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance tooling or workflow platforms
• A practical, organised approach to delivery planning, documentation, and risk management, with a calm presence under pressure
• A natural instinct for building process and operational maturity, especially in fast-moving or high-growth environments
