What Youll Be Doing: Receive and inspect goods from suppliers or processing partners; ensure accurate paperwork and correct stock placement Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management in collaboration with procurement Load outgoing deliveries, ensuring quality packaging and accurate order fulfilment Support fabrication, assembly, and packing tasks as required to meet daily schedules Maintain high standards of health & safety, reporting any issues that cannot be resolved directly Carry out basic machinery/equipment maintenance and escalate faults as needed Contribute to cell KPIs, daily reporting, and identifying non-conformances Participate in continuous improvement efforts and SOP development Quality Control & Assurance: Check incoming stock for damage or inconsistencies and report non-conformances Inspect outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality and order specifications Ensure all items are properly packaged to protect product integrity during transit Whats On Offer: Competitive salary monthly bonus 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) 5 fully paid sick days per year Free lunches provided on-site Birthday gift voucher Pension scheme Private health insurance Discounted gym membership Payback for select medical appointments What Were Looking For: Experience in a warehouse or goods-in/goods-out environment Strong attention to detail with paperwork and stock handling Comfortable with manual handling and hands-on tasks Good communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding of Lean Principles and exposure to 5S practices Forklift licence (essential) Minimum GCSE/A-Level passes in English and Maths Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence This is a full-time, on-site role offering stability, variety, and the chance to contribute to a company that values your work and supports your development.
