* Leading the economic research team and shaping the strategic direction of research projects
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Director, Economics and Research should have:
* A strong academic background in economics or a related field
* Proven experience in economic research and policy development
* An in-depth understanding of the media and agency industry
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
* A commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards
What's on Offer
* A competitive salary package ranging from £75,000 to £100,000 Full Time Equivalent (FTE). £60,000 to £80,000 for 4 days per week (they all work Mon-Thurs). The offer is dependent on experience and performance during the hiring process
