As an Area Sales Executive your main focus will be to achieve best point of sale volumes and placements. You will be responsible for implementing Ferrero Building Blocks in all NKA and LKA stores in the assigned territory, managing and organizing the assigned territories, ensuring integration with all headquarter business initiatives and Functions, and reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager.
* Responsible for implementing Ferrero Building Blocks in all NKA and LKA stores in the assigned territory.
* Manages and organizes assigned territories, stores, and clients to reach defined sales targets.
* Follows the set routing plan and procedure of visits in Point of Sales (POS).
* Controls Merchandiser Agency performance and verifies product availability, placement, pricing, and advertising materials.
* Improves, monitors, and reports in‑store execution level with Sales Force Automation tools and MyPS program.
* Sets and monitors Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus on freshness control & stock management.
* Maximizes Ferrero products sellout in assigned stores, obtaining best visibility spots and placements on‑shelf, out‑of‑shelf, and at check‑out.
* Conducts regular store checks to identify store‑based marketing attributes and analyzes POSCard, taking actions to increase Ferrero category share in POS.
* Ensures customer contract and activities implementation, supporting in‑store implementation of customer and category development strategies.
* Supports integration with all headquarter business initiatives and functions, providing insights to support customer strategy definition.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Preferably +2 years of experience in field sales.
* Fluency in English and Turkish.
* Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets.
* Knowledge of MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
* Driving license.
