The Integrated Change Programme (ICP) is the largest initiative within a wider change portfolio which is supported by the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). The ICP has been designed to build organisational capability and capacity to enable Home England to act as a seamless entity across our people, systems and processes to deliver for our partners and meet the Government's ambitious targets of increasing housing supply, driving growth and regenerating places. Person specification Essential Experience in project support, PMO, or project coordination roles within complex programmes. Understanding of project delivery and controls including governance frameworks, reporting cycles, change control, risk & issue management, cost forecasting & tracking, resource & contract management. Demonstrative experience of organisational excellence – highly structured, detail-oriented, and flexible to manage multiple priorities and adapt to reprioritise within an often uncertain, changing and fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret data to provide meaningful insight, identifying variances and inconsistences, and explaining implications. Strong approach to and experience of continuous process improvement and professional development. Good collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations whilst remaining calm and considered. Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365; including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Word; and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams).
