Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff to join our team, working directly with children in an educational setting. This role is vital for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters learning and development.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-9am / and or 3pm-6:30pm x 2 days and 3pm-5:45 x2 days and 3pm-4:30 x 1 day - flexible with these hours for the right person
Might suit a student (over 17years old) looking for a few extra hours after school, who enjoys working with children.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and engage with children during various activities.
* Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members to foster a supportive community.
* Maintain a clean and organised environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance programme effectiveness and address any challenges that arise.
Skills
* Experience working with children,
* Background in childcare or a want to work with children
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children and parents.
