Were on the market for a new Junior Sous Chef to join the team at the stunning The Green Man in Fownhope. The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Chef to join the Kitchen team of the pub.
The Green Man has established itself as a stunning gastro-pub located in Herefordshire and is part of Red Cat Independent Pubs, which offers over 35 other premium venues nationwide. The pub is well-known for serving high-quality British classics, all made from scratch in the well-stocked kitchen. The Head Chef, Sam, and Sous Chef, Jamie, have been with us for a while and are now looking for someone special to join their team.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar fresh-food background, showcasing attention to detail and a passion for serving the good stuff.
