The Role:
* Provide phone, email, and remote support to IT system users across multiple international locations
* Ensure timely resolution of incidents, aiming for first-time fixes and escalating when necessary
* Develop IT solutions that meet business needs and user requirements
The Candidate:
* Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment
* Mobile device support including troubleshooting and administration
* Experience supporting remote access and flexible working solutions

Base salary: £25,000-£30,000
