A leading property investment company is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Consultant to join its expanding team. Following a major refresh to its structure, package, and marketing, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking for a results-driven professional to play a key role in its success.
The Role
The Senior Investment Consultant will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, providing expert property investment advice, and guiding investors through every stage of the sales process.
With a minimum of 150 qualified leads delivered per person each month, the consultant will benefit from a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities, supported by the company’s renewed marketing strategy and strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
 * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing investors.
 * Provide clear, strategic advice on property investment opportunities.
 * Manage the full sales process with professionalism and integrity.
 * Utilise company-generated leads and convert them into successful investments.
 * Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in property or investment sales, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and financial returns. They will be commercially minded, articulate, and motivated by success, with the ability to provide a consultative approach to every client interaction.
 * Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in property or investment sales.
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 * Strong financial literacy and the ability to present investment cases clearly.
 * High levels of motivation, professionalism, and integrity.
 * Competency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
The Package
 * Basic salary up to ÂŁ40,000, depending on experience.
 * Uncapped commissions with earnings potential of up to 20%.
 * Guaranteed minimum of 150 qualified leads per month.
