Overview
You will be responsible for the smooth running of Swansea Civil Justice Centre, leading your team and supporting the Cluster Manager and Cluster Operations Manager to meet operational needs, deliver cluster performance objectives and provide a consistent and customer‑focused service.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the judiciary, supporting agencies, voluntary and user groups.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
* Manage complaints and complete corrective actions within set timescales.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, IT/Workstation compliance and report any court facilities issues to HMCTS Estates.
* Provide direction and support to managers, develop team plans, manage budget and training resources to meet allocated budget and target objectives.
