Our client is a market leading company in a niche sector who have been established for over 60 years. They specialise in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of engineering equipment. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their existing busy team. This Internal Sales Coordinator will be involved with preparing quotes, answering various queries and using a CRM system to support the team.
Job Description for the Internal Sales Coordinator:
1. Produce quotes for customers by telephone and email to meet customer specifications
2. Respond to inbound enquiries over the phone
3. Update customer records on the CRM
4. Providing support to the Sales team
5. Maintain close communication with customers and build excellent rapport
Requirements for the Internal Sales Coordinator role:
6. Must have experience working in a similar role
7. Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
8. Ability to liaise with customers and have excellent telephone skills
9. Be able to work in a fast-paced role
10. Driving licence is essential
11. Understanding of engineering principles
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum
