We’re looking for an ambitious Residential Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Ashford. About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the branch’s residential sales performance. You will:
* Generate new business and support the Branch Manager in winning instructions
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with buyers and sellers both over the phone and in person
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
* Maximise opportunities by booking appointments for our in-house mortgage advisors
* Support the Branch Manager with sales performance, pipeline management and daily activity
* Help to grow market share by identifying opportunities and maintaining high service standards

What We’re Looking For
* Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or Sales Manager level
* Strong telephone skills and the ability to convert opportunities
* Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Resilient, positive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
* Outstanding communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
* Full UK driving licence
