The Role As Contracts Manager, you will lead a team of Team Leaders, who in turn manage operatives and planners delivering responsive repairs across the housing stock. Youll ensure operational performance, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance services Lead, coach and support 4 Team Leaders and their wider operational teams Drive performance across KPIs including productivity, first-time fix and customer satisfaction Manage budgets and ensure value for money Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and contractors Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are maintained About You Proven experience in a responsive repairs leadership role within social housing Strong operational management and people leadership skills Experience managing Team Leaders, operatives and planning functions Commercial awareness with budget management experience A proactive, solutions-focused approach Whats on Offer Short-term temporary contract Circa £50k level Flexible hybrid working Supportive, values-led organisation A genuinely great place to work If youre available at short notice and ready to step into a key leadership role within a well-regarded housing provider, wed love to hear from you.
